I am changing my ways!

I've been quietly working on something for the past few weeks. Only my team knows. And they have seen my excitement grow and grow. It's something I felt the last time in late 2020, when I launched what's now called 'IntelliCoach PRO' (our signature ICF coaching skills program)

And to be real, I've been thinking about what's coming for MONTHS.

It's one of those ideas that kept coming back - during runs, in between coaching sessions, late at night when I should have been sleeping. The kind of idea that just wouldn't leave me alone.

I'm not ready to share it yet. But I will be — on Tuesday, April 1st!

All I'll say for now: I'll invite you to join me on a journey, where the outcome is quite unknown. It involves experimentation, it involves coaching skills, it involves AI, but in a way you likely don't expect. I will go behind the scenes. I will share successes and failures equally. It already changes how I do everything.
