Our ‘Refer-your-friend/colleague’ program
I am excited to announce our ‘Refer-your-friend’ program for all Pilot program members.
What is the ‘refer-your-friend’ program?
We want to celebrate together whenever you are successful in helping us fulfill our mission: “Every People Leader knows how to Coach.”
Ever single Leader who learns how to coach and can use these skills in their conversations at work has a multiplier effect on others.
Whenever you are successful in getting someone excited to join, you AND the referred person get 1 EXTRA HOUR OF MENTOR COACHING. We value mentor coaching at 250 USD per hour, but we all know it’s a priceless investment in your own growth as a coach.
How does it work?
When you recommend your friend/colleague to join ILAP, tell them to put down your name in the field ‘How did you learn about ILAP?’ in the application form. Alternatively, they can share this information in writing to contact@intellicoach.com.
We will regard the referral as successful, as soon as the referred person has paid the program admission fee and has staid with the program for at least 1 month after the first zoom live session.
Your program lead will then confirm the successful referral in writing to both referring and referred person.
You and your friend can then arrange with your mentor coach 1 additional powerful mentor coaching session!
