What
This is my public roadmap. It tracks a real experiment where I'm building an entire course platform with AI, sharing every step openly.
Why
I want to build something remarkable. The journey matters as much as the outcome. I'm sharing openly, starting a conversation, figuring out what nobody has figured out yet.
Who
I'm Maik Frank, German, living in Singapore for 20 years. Leadership coach, father of four, with a background in IT, HR, and risk. 2,000+ coaching hours and an eternal experimenter.
Build Log
What happened each day: the decisions, the surprises, the learnings.
Version 2026.4.108 updates two libraries that had published security advisories. Sign-in now runs on Better Auth 1.7.7, and the content editor's HTML conversion runs on happy-dom 21.0.4. The security scan no longer needs the six temporary exceptions that covered them. Sign-in by email link and by one-time code works as before.
How I Did It
I kept the release to the two library updates and the one sign-in adjustment the new version required, and tested sign-in on staging before production.
Lesson learned:
A security update to a library can change how it stores its own data, so sign-in is tested end to end after every such update. A temporary scanner exception is only finished when the fix lands and the exception is deleted.
