Building a Course Platform
at the Speed of Thought

A platform I manage entirely through AI, where a new product goes from vision to live in a day. This is my journey of building it, shared openly.

alphaGoal: July 25, 2026Where are we now?

What

This is my public roadmap. It tracks a real experiment where I'm building an entire course platform with AI, sharing every step openly.

Why

I want to build something remarkable. The journey matters as much as the outcome. I'm sharing openly, starting a conversation, figuring out what nobody has figured out yet.

Who

I'm Maik Frank, German, living in Singapore for 20 years. Leadership coach, father of four, with a background in IT, HR, and risk. 2,000+ coaching hours and an eternal experimenter.

What happened each day: the decisions, the surprises, the learnings.

The website changes in three visible ways today. Workshop prices now appear in SGD for Singapore, EUR across geographic Europe, and USD elsewhere. If a location cannot be resolved, the site uses USD. The full-day European workshop remains aligned with the full-day work I already deliver for clients.

John's testing also uncovered a cramped mobile practice sequence. The steps now wrap as complete units, so each arrow stays with the step it introduces.

The menu now gives every destination a small, consistent symbol, and the Changelog is available from the footer on every page. Behind the page, consented measurement produces a private daily view of pages, countries, sources, devices, and browsers. Staff activity is separated from the main totals. Raw visitor records expire after 30 days, and the system does not store raw IP addresses, complete browser identifiers, or form content.

How I Did It

I treated pricing, privacy, and reporting as one release because each affects what a visitor sees and what the site records during that visit.

Lesson learned:

A public price needs the same commercial context as a proposal, especially when an existing client can compare the two. Useful traffic reporting starts with a narrow data contract and a clear deletion date.
