Maik Frank, PCC
Executive coach, facilitator, and product builder
Based in Singapore, working with international teams and leaders.
I build IntelliCoach for leaders, HR teams, and coaches who want less theory sitting in folders and more usable conversation quality in the week ahead.
The person behind the system
A coach building from real practice.
Maik Frank is a Professional Certified Coach, facilitator, and founder of IntelliCoach. His work combines coaching craft, leadership practice, and product thinking so strong frameworks do not stay trapped in workshop binders.
The common ground is always the real leadership situation: feedback, delegation, stakeholder tension, decision pressure, team dynamics, and the question of which conversation actually helps now.
IntelliCoach grows out of that work. Workshops, digital products, Lightbulb Moments, podcast episodes, and Think2Build are not separate islands. They are different entry points into the same practical leadership questions.
The offer system
Three ways into the same leadership work.
IntelliCoach is more than a shop and more than a coaching profile. The platform shows how teams, individual leaders, and digital-product buyers can enter the same method from different starting points.
Corporate workshops
Facilitated formats for teams and organizations that want to practise better conversations, sharper decisions, and clearer collaboration.

Review coachingWorking principles
Practical enough for Monday, deep enough for real development.
The platform needs to feel mature without becoming heavy. Every page, product, and workshop has to be easy to understand and still carry substance.
Practical depth
Models become useful when they survive difficult conversations, real meetings, and decisions with consequences.
Human clarity
Leadership does not start with perfect frameworks. It starts with conversations where people understand what is really meant.
Stakeholder reality
Good decisions account for the people who influence the work, feel the impact, or live with the consequences later.
Built in practice
Think2Build makes the product work visible as coaching insight, user feedback, and platform decisions turn into better tools.
Who it serves
Built for people who cannot outsource leadership.
IntelliCoach is for buyers and practitioners who need to hold responsible conversations: with teams, stakeholders, customers, or themselves.
HR and L&D
For internal teams that need workshops that sound clear and still create visible behaviour change at work.
People leaders
For managers who want cleaner feedback, delegation, priorities, and difficult conversations.
Executives
For senior leaders sorting stakeholder pressure and reflecting on how their leadership lands.
Coaches and facilitators
For practitioners who want clean conversation logic and product-shaped resources for their own work.
Public thinking tracks
The thinking behind the work stays visible.
The blog, podcast, and Think2Build make it easier to see how IntelliCoach thinks, learns, and builds.
Lightbulb Moments
Short leadership reflections from coaching, workshops, and everyday situations that can turn into better conversations quickly.
Read momentsChange Is Good
