Cookie Policy
Last updated: 14 August 2026.
This policy explains the cookies and similar browser storage used on the IntelliCoach Courses platform. Our Privacy Policy explains the related personal-data processing.
How the privacy control works
The privacy control is self-hosted on the IntelliCoach platform. It does not load an external consent banner. The choices shown depend on approximate geography:
- Visitors in the EEA, United Kingdom, Switzerland, and visitors whose location is unknown receive accept, reject, and customize controls before measurement starts.
- The United States policy uses opt-out treatment and honours Global Privacy Control.
- Other known regions do not receive a banner that is not required for the configured measurement model.
You can reopen the privacy controls from the site at any time. Refusing optional measurement does not block ordinary use of the platform.
Strictly necessary storage
- Consent choice. The consent service uses a first-party pseudonymous browser identifier and preference storage so it can remember your choice and retrieve the matching evidence. A consent choice is valid for 365 days. The evidence is retained for 24 months after validity, or deleted 36 months after the decision when a validity date is missing.
- Account session. Better Auth uses secure first-party session storage after sign-in. It keeps you signed in, applies your role, and protects account actions. Clearing it signs you out.
- Security and access. Cloudflare Turnstile and platform access controls may use short-lived cookies or browser signals on protected login and review routes to prevent automated abuse and preserve an approved session.
These items support a service or security step you requested. They are not used for advertising.
Optional usage statistics
When you allow measurement, the platform uses two first-party identifiers:
- `dpp_vid` cookie. A random visitor identifier with a maximum age of 30 days. The server stores only a one-way hash in page-view records.
- `dpp_sid` session storage. A random session identifier kept in the browser session and removed when the browser session ends or you withdraw measurement consent.
The page-view record contains page path, locale, approximate country, referring domain, allowed campaign parameters, device and browser category, and pseudonymous identifiers. It excludes raw IP addresses, full user-agent strings, form content, legal pages, internal analytics pages, and administration pages. Raw page views expire after 30 days. Daily aggregates and report-delivery records expire after 24 months.
If you withdraw measurement consent, the platform deletes `dpp_vid` and `dpp_sid` from your browser and stops new collection. Page views already received remain only for the 30-day raw-data period. We retain the consent evidence under the schedule above so we can demonstrate the choice and its later withdrawal.
Third-party storage
- Whop checkout. If checkout is enabled and you continue to Whop, you leave our domain. Whop sets the cookies needed for checkout, payment, fraud prevention, and account handling under its own cookie and privacy notices.
- Cloudflare Turnstile. The login flow can use Cloudflare's bot-protection service. Cloudflare may process browser and connection signals and may use short-lived storage for the challenge.
We do not run advertising cookies, third-party analytics pixels, or Plerdy session recording.
Your browser controls
You can delete or block cookies in your browser. Blocking necessary storage can prevent sign-in, saved privacy choices, or protected forms from working. You can change optional measurement through the site's privacy controls without deleting all cookies.
