What
This is my public roadmap. It tracks a real experiment where I'm building an entire course platform with AI, sharing every step openly.
Why
I want to build something remarkable. The journey matters as much as the outcome. I'm sharing openly, starting a conversation, figuring out what nobody has figured out yet.
Who
I'm Maik Frank, German, living in Singapore for 20 years. Leadership coach, father of four, with a background in IT, HR, and risk. 2,000+ coaching hours and an eternal experimenter.
Build Log
What happened each day: the decisions, the surprises, the learnings.
Version 2026.3.92 remains terminal source evidence after review exposed a first-install assumption: production may correctly have neither a resource-delivery worker nor its compose overlay before promotion. Version 2026.3.93 accepts that exact absent baseline, verifies an existing worker against its pinned image and health, proves the candidate overlay can add the worker, and preserves the prior state for rollback. This changes release and bootstrap controls, not application behavior. Production remains unchanged until explicit promotion.
How I Did It
I made qualification reflect both valid production states and kept it read-only before the candidate build.
Lesson learned:
A first installation must not be judged against a post-install state. Qualification should prove bootstrap and rollback without changing the target.
